BTL Property moves into Wimbledon

On Thursday, 7th April, South West London design and build company, BTL Property will launch its fourth high street location in Wimbledon, offering residential design and building services in the local area.

The office, on Leopold Road, is designed in BTL's signatory style, with interiors which incorporate recycled building materials such as bricks, plywood, and scaffolding, finished with its racing green branding. The new space also comes with an audio and visual (AV) room, a first for BTL Property, which will allow the team to showcase some of their high-tech capabilities.

This is a major milestone for BTL Property, coming shortly after it received its first ever ranking on The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100, taking 39th place among the UK's fastest growing private companies.

Since being established by Billy Heyman in 2002, BTL Property has gone from strength to strength, offering a complete design, build, and property management service, including interior and garden design. Furthermore, BTL has an integral Audio Visual division who design and install custom AV and home automation systems. Integrating seamlessly with the Design and Build teams, the AV systems truly enhance the final product and bring the property into the modern age.

With offices based in Fulham, Chelsea, and Wandsworth, BTL Property is renowned for providing a professional service, with dedicated project and site managers who can ensure that each job is carried out to a high quality standard, on time and on budget.

Billy Heyman, Managing Director of BTL Property, comments: "Having established BTL Property in Fulham, Chelsea, and Wandsworth, extending our team into Wimbledon seemed to be the next natural step. Our shop fronts allow us to interact with our customers and it also helps them to see how our company is set up. Unfortunately, the building trade doesn't have the best reputation, but by being transparent, in both our physical presence and the way we operate, we aim to negate that."

To mark their arrival in Wimbledon, BTL Property will be offering free planning drawings, planning advice, and design advice on residential projects in SW19 and SW20 for six months.
