How We Work

The Call

Once we have received your enquiry, we will call you to discuss your requirements, your location and budget as this will help us to ensure we get the right members of our team to visit you

The Visit

We will visit the property and discuss your project, look at your house and take some measurements. If you require our Design and Build service, one of our Architects will also be at this meeting

The Quote

We will then provide a detailed quote, listing all of the build items we have discussed. We will also provide a quote to get the project drawn and through planning

Planning

If you have asked for this service, we will draw up the scheme, discuss it with you and once you are happy we will submit it to your local planning authority with all the associated paperwork

Pre-Start Meeting and Contract Signing

We will introduce you to one of our Project Managers and go through the final steps to get the build underway. We will sign the build contract with you and finalise the start date onsite

The Build

For the duration of your project we will ensure that the site is compliant with health and safety, we will monitor temporary works and manage all liaison with the council and building control. We will project manage the build, constantly checking the standard and quality of the work and, will provide you with regular onsite meetings, meeting notes to keep you updated on the programme.

Completion

At the end of the project, we will carry out a complete inspection of the works with you and together sign off the project. You will be left with all the manuals, warranties and instructions for equipment that has been fitted in your newly renovated home.

Retention Period

You hold on to a retention payment for three to six months. At this stage we contact you to arrange a visit and run through any snagging works that maybe required. Your project manager will then arrange a suitable time and programme for the works to be carried out.
